We opened our doors on Aurora Road with a small oven, a sourdough starter, and a commitment to doing things the slow way. Over the years, that commitment has grown into a full bakery and grocery destination, but the philosophy hasn't changed.
Every morning, our team arrives before dawn. The bread is mixed, shaped, and baked before the sun comes up. The coffee is pulled fresh. The shelves are stocked with items we'd actually use in our own homes.
